Honeywell International Inc. in Mexico is seeking a Service Contract Support Specialist who will own a contract base, drive renewals with business stakeholders, and manage lifecycle changes including documentation, pricing, and data quality.

The role requires coordinating with Service Operation Leaders, Field Service Managers, and other teams, maintaining CRM accuracy, and ensuring timely renewals while meeting SLA targets in a hybrid work setting in CDMX.

Qualificações

• 2 years of experience in customer service.
• Experience coordinating contract documentation and renewals.
• English proficiency.
• Willingness to work in Hybrid role in CDMX.
• Experience with Excel and SAP.

Responsabilidades

• Own designated service contract base and drive renewal process with business stakeholders.
• Maintain CRM data for renewals and attach documentation.
• Collaborate with Service Operation Leaders, Field Service Managers and other teams.
• Update Next Step comments weekly for renewals.
• Escalate issues to Service Contract Support Pole Lead when needed.
• Learn renewal process SOP and pricing tools.
