Job summary

2+ years of experience in customer service.
Experience coordinating contract documentation and renewals.
English proficiency required.
Willingness to work in a Hybrid role in CDMX.
Experience with Excel and SAP.

Responsibilities

Own renewal process for designated contract base and drive renewals with stakeholders.
Create pricing and documentation for proposals on time, following GSM Processes.
Maintain accurate and timely information in CRM for renewals with documentation.
Update opportunity Next Step comments weekly for renewals in progress.
Escalate issues to prevent renewal delays and notify the lead.
Ensure renewal cases are linked to contracts/PSC in CRM and related systems.
Collaborate with Service Operations Leaders and other teams to validate scope and approvals.
