One&Only Mandarina is seeking a Manager, Security & Loss Prevention to lead security operations and protect guests and residences. The role reports to the General Manager and drives policy, budgeting, staff supervision, and incident response to ensure a safe guest experience.

Responsibilities include developing security protocols, coordinating with other managers, overseeing events and emergencies, and producing management reports with data-driven insights for continuous improvement.

Formación

• Proven experience as security manager or similar position.
• Experience using CCTV and relevant security technology.
• Experience in reporting and emergency response planning.
• Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and data analysis capabilities.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and security administration software.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Committed, reliable and highly organized.

Responsabilidades

• Developing and implementing security policies, protocols and procedures.
• Controlling budgets for security operations and monitor expenses.
• Recruiting, training and supervising security agents, lifeguards and Supervisors.
• Attend meetings with other managers to determine operational needs.
• Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events.
• Coordinate staff when responding to emergencies and alarms.
• Review reports on incidents and breaches.
• Investigate and resolve issues.
• Create reports for management on security status.
• Analyze data to form proposals for improvements (e.g. implementation of new technology).
• Responsible for the crisis management plan of the property.
• Responsible for the safety and security of residences.
