A luxury resort in Baja California Sur is seeking an Entry Level Security Agent to monitor and ensure the safety of guests and property. Responsibilities include observing and reporting security incidents, maintaining property access controls, and conducting regular patrols. The ideal candidate will have a commitment to safety and customer service, and be ready to respond to emergencies effectively. This full-time position offers the opportunity to be part of a team dedicated to creating memorable experiences for guests.

• Walk, observe, monitor, and report security incidents.
• Comply with security standards and protocols.
• Conduct regular property tours to detect risks.
• Control access to the property and respond to emergencies.
• Prevent accidents and inspect collaborators at the checkpoint.
• Safeguard lost items and make security reports.
• Conduct constant patrols throughout the property.
• Receive and safeguard forgotten items (Lost and Found).
• Prepare security reports.

Responsibilities

• Walk, observe, monitor, report and correct security incidents to ensure protection and safeguard well‑being.
• Comply with security standards and protocols.
• Keep constant tours of the property to detect risks.
• Maintain full control of access to our property.
• Respond immediately in the event of an emergency.
• Accident prevention.
• Daily inspection of collaborators and visitors at the checkpoint (collaborator entrance).
• Receive and safeguard forgotten objects on the property (Lost and Found).
• Make security reports.
• Constant patrol throughout the property.
