Job summary

CKE Restaurants, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Manager, Supply Chain Management for The Americas. You will lead regional supply chain strategy, supplier partnerships, and end-to-end governance across North America, Latin America, and the Caribbean.

In this role, you will drive demand forecasting, inventory planning, QA alignment, and KPI reporting while collaborating with co-op leadership and franchisees to optimize cost, reliability, and service levels across markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive supply chain experience in QSR/FMCG.
• Experience in Latin America/Caribbean markets preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Strong negotiation, sourcing, and supplier management skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SCM interface for Americas, coordinating with co-op leadership.
• Lead supplier alignment, performance reviews, and contract governance.
• Drive demand forecasting, inventory planning, and KPI reporting.
• Oversee Canada end-to-end supply chain and regional expansion.
• Ensure QA accreditation and regional supply base management.
