Qualifications

• 10+ years in the QSR restaurant industry with focus on financial planning, strategy and development.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience presenting results to senior leadership or a board of directors.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for regional growth aligned with annual and long-range development objectives.
• Partner with Finance to develop and manage the Annual Operating Plan for development.
• Maintain development planning models and tracking for open and forecasted openings.
• Drive multi-country restaurant openings pipeline with governance tools and reviews.
• Oversee market mapping and analysis to inform territory planning and expansion decisions.
• Lead commercial evaluation and negotiation support for development and master franchise agreements.
