Job summary

Servicios Comerciales Amazon Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V. is seeking a Senior Manager to coordinate Long Term Planning cycles for our Supply Chain, aligning with business goals and leading cross-functional teams across markets.

You will drive project portfolios, develop schedules and budgets, monitor risks, and report progress to Sr leadership, ensuring quality and timely delivery in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy and delivering end-to-end results to senior leadership.
• 3+ years of managing stakeholders in cross-functional projects.
• Experience in resource planning, scheduling, reporting, and prioritizing tasks.
• Fluent English (C1 or above).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure Long Term Planning cycles (Q' Guidance, OP cycles, 3Year Plans); including inputs' alignment, stakeholder reviews, and final proposal.
• Lead strategical conversations to define our project portfolio.
• Plan and monitor multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with our goals and priorities.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets and resource plans; tracking progress and mitigating risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Establish and enforce project management standards, methodologies, and best practices tailored to Amazon.
• Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders, including senior leadership, on milestones, risks and outcomes.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in project execution and operational workflows.
