Job summary

BekaertDeslee is seeking a seasoned regional supply chain leader to optimize end-to-end operations across North America. You will drive planning, procurement, inventory management, logistics, and continuous improvement across multiple plants and distribution centers, partnering with Commercial, Manufacturing, Procurement, Sales, Finance, Quality, and Logistics teams.

Lead regional strategies, oversee demand and supply planning, and manage working capital while delivering service improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field; MBA a plus.
• APICS certification is preferred for supply chain excellence.
• Experience leading regional multi-site supply chains in manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary regional supply chain interface with business leaders and customers.
• Develop and execute regional supply chain strategies aligned with company goals.
• Lead cross-functional supply chain initiatives to improve service levels, inventory, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with global and regional teams to align priorities and plans.
• Present performance, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership.
• Oversee demand, supply, production planning, and inventory optimization processes.
• Ensure accurate forecasting and capacity planning to meet customer demand.
• Monitor inventory levels and reduce excess and obsolete stock.
• Drive improvements in forecast accuracy and working capital.
• Leverage SAP to drive productivity across the supply chain.
• Manage regional transportation, warehousing, and distribution operations.
• Optimize logistics networks for cost, delivery, and reliability.
• Collaborate with 3PLs and carriers to ensure operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with trade regulations and transportation standards.
• Support supplier continuity and performance initiatives.
