Kearney Activate is seeking an Operations Manager to lead client engagements across Plan, Source and Deliver within the KOS Center of Excellence. You will drive procurement transformations, guide sourcing strategies, and manage teams for North American clients from the Mexico location with travel as required.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in management consulting, supply chain, procurement, operations or transformation.
• Demonstrated experience leading client engagements, work streams and teams.
• Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• Strong leadership, team management, stakeholder management, and executive storytelling skills.
• Experience with U.S.-based clients and North American operating environments is a plus.
• Advanced Excel required.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement transformation, strategic sourcing, cost optimization, and supplier-perf ormance programs.
• Structure work streams leveraging digital and AI-backed approaches to drive procurement workstreams.
• Guide sourcing strategy, negotiations, digital procurement, and operating model design.
• Support provider strategy and RFI/RFP design and evaluation.
• Lead clients through putting sourcing strategies into practice, tracking savings and transitions.
• Coach and mentor team members and support recruiting and learning initiatives.
