Clariant seeks a Lead Supply Chain and Customer Service Delivery (CSD) leader for the Americas to ensure service excellence, cost efficiency, and strategic alignment across 9 warehouses and 8 shipping origins.

You will drive regional order management, oversee logistics and freight, optimize inventory, and lead a diverse team to meet OTIF targets while collaborating with SAP systems and GBS/GPS.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field; Master's preferred.
• 5–7 years regional SCM leadership experience.
• Experience in intercultural and cross-functional environments.
• Strong strategic/analytical skills and risk mitigation.
• Proven leadership and talent development capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Customer-focused mindset with proven OTIF improvement.
• Experience managing 3PLs, warehouses, and freight.
• Fluent in English; other Americas languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead regional order management and SCM ops across Americas.
• Ensure Customer Service Delivery for sales across 16 countries.
• Control warehousing costs and oversee goods/resources.
• Drive tolling, production footprint optimization, and audits.
• Align SCM/CSD with global strategies and standards.
• Allocate personnel to support strategy execution.
• Balance demand, capacity, and inventory per plan.
• Establish and control OE/SOE processes per best practices.
• Ensure compliance with cost principles in logistics.
