Hootsuite in Mexico City is seeking a Customer Success Manager to manage a select portfolio of customers, onboard them, and ensure they achieve their business goals on social.

You will guide customers to success, drive user adoption, retention and growth, and maintain regular dialogues, quarterly business reviews, and product updates. This hybrid role reports to the Senior Manager, Customer Success.

Formación

• Intermediate customer-facing/account management experience in SaaS or tech.
• Knowledge of social media and social marketing.
• Ability to learn new technologies and explain software features clearly.
• Customer-focused mindset and strong collaboration.
• Clear written and verbal communication; proactive in training and collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Own day-to-day relationship management for a book of business and guide customers to success.
• Partner with Professional Services to onboard customers and manage success plans.
• Develop relationships within assigned verticals and run quarterly business reviews.
