Hootsuite Inc. is seeking a Product Trainer in Mexico City to educate customers on Hootsuite and Talkwalker products.

You will work with the Professional Services team to launch and guide customers through training, both remotely and onsite as needed, while aligning with our end-to-end customer journey. You’ll conduct discovery sessions, design sessions and live webinars, and maintain materials to ensure clear understanding across diverse audiences.

Formación

• Experience delivering training, preferably in tech/SaaS.
• Clear and organized presentation techniques for in-person and web.
• Proven ability to train others on a technology solution.
• Ability to explain technical terms to diverse audiences.
• Experience managing customer expectations and resolving issues.
• Willingness to learn new skills quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Understand customer needs through discovery sessions and calls.
• Schedule and prepare for training sessions across time zones.
• Develop and maintain training materials and templates.
• Create and deliver engaging webinars on Hootsuite/Talkwalker products.
• Deliver onsite training, travel to customer offices when needed.
• Update project plans with training progress and outcomes.
• Aim to exceed quarterly CSAT targets with tailored sessions.
• Demonstrate agility by taking on additional duties.
