Hootsuite is seeking a Product Trainer in Mexico City to educate customers on Hootsuite and Talkwalker products and guide them through the end‑to‑end journey. You’ll join the Professional Services team to launch and educate customers, with a flexible work model supporting remote or hybrid arrangements.

You’ll run internal discovery sessions, schedule trainings across time zones, develop materials, and deliver engaging webinars and onsite sessions while maintaining high CSAT scores.

Formación

• Proven experience delivering training in tech or SaaS.
• Clear, organized presentation methods for in-person and online delivery.
• Ability to train users on technology solutions.
• Ability to explain technical terms to diverse audiences.
• Strong customer focus and problem-solving mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Lead customer training sessions across Hootsuite/Talkwalker products.
• Schedule and prepare training sessions across time zones.
• Develop and maintain training materials.
• Create and deliver engaging webinars and onsite trainings.
• Support project plans with training milestones.
• Aim for high CSAT scores through tailored training.
