Lighthouse, a fast-growing hospitality AI platform, is hiring in Mexico City for a remote-friendly sales role. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, carrying a quota and building your own pipeline with the support of an AI-enabled revenue stack.

Join a global Revenue team of 150+ pros, use MEDDPICC and AI agents to sharpen discovery, and develop ROI-focused conversations with hoteliers. 2–4 years SaaS closing experience required; bilingual or English helpful.

Formación

• 2–4 years in a closing SaaS sales role.
• Self-directed, coachable, and driven to improve.
• Experience with AI-enabled sales tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of MEDDPICC or similar qualification frameworks is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Build your own pipeline and maintain 3x coverage.
• Use MEDDPICC to qualify and advance opportunities.
• Leverage AI tools for prep, discovery, and positioning.
• Close deals and meet quota.
