You will shape development paths, manage pipeline health, and ensure accurate forecasting while elevating team performance across the revenue organization.

The role emphasizes coaching, data-driven decision making, and hands-on leadership to help hoteliers act faster with AI-enabled insights from Lighthouse’s platform.

Formación

• Experience leading a B2B sales team or revenue organization.
• Proven coaching and mentorship skills with a coaching-first mindset.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; strong cross-cultural communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of Account Executives, shaping development, discipline, and pipeline health.
• Drive MEDDPICC completeness and AI-enabled sales practices across the team.
• Own weekly planning, forecasting, and coaching sessions to raise attainment and quota performance.
• Ensure high-quality agent outputs and leverage AI tools in sales workflows.
