Thomson Reuters in Mexico City is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives within the CIO Strategy and Operations team. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive project management experience, ideally in a matrixed, global organization.
• Proven success leading projects, especially within larger programs.
• Deep understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).
• Business acumen and the ability to connect strategy to execution.
• Exceptional communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills.
• Business-level English and Spanish fluency (required for this Mexico City-based role).

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects from initiation through execution.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful program execution.
• Translate business strategy into actionable project plans and manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and benefits realization.
• Champion system and process simplification and standardization; ensure automation-readiness and customer-centric outcomes.
• Monitor project performance using KPIs such as cycle time, quality, customer experience, and financial impact.
• Guide teams and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise standards, policies, and design principles.
