You will lead operations initiatives, collaborate on governance, and drive improvements in efficiency and revenue management while ensuring exceptional employee and customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Advanced English proficiency required; tested before interview.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of back-office processes and revenue-related operations.
• Experience with multiple technology platforms and SAP.
• Advanced Excel and MS 365 skills; Power Platform experience.

Responsibilities

• Support critical operational areas for professional services including order processing, billing, reporting, and governance.
• Develop and maintain high-level operational documentation and communications.
• Oversee POM information channels with triage and response management across platforms.
• Drive revenue management initiatives, especially at month-end research and resolution.
• Foster a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.
• Lead Operations discussions, tools, and resources.
• Execute special projects providing strategic input and leadership.
