Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Business/Engineering (or related field) or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of hands-on IT Program/Project Management experience, managing large-scale technology initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead multiple interdependent projects across functions and platforms.
• Strong experience with Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum delivery methods.
• Experience incorporating Organizational Change Management (OCM) into delivery.
• Experience managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, resources, and quality.
• Experience communicating status, risks, financials to senior management and executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT programs and systems with multiple dependent projects.
• Define program vision, strategy, delivery approach, governance, and roadmaps.
• Own planning and execution across scope, schedule, budget, risks, and quality.
• Provide oversight to cross-functional teams and project managers.
• Develop governance structures, business cases, and executive reporting.
• Communicate updates to stakeholders and executives; manage risks and decisions.
• Build cross-functional relationships to drive collaboration and successful outcomes.
• Coordinate day-to-day activities to align with program objectives.
