Jabil in Mexico seeks a Materials Planner to ensure proper mix and quantity of materials for the finish goods production plan. You will work with planning and inventory control to minimize overproduction and support on-time shipping.

Responsibilities include leading order processing, monitoring KPIs, and coordinating with Master Scheduler to manage life cycle and material availability. Strong ERP/MRP knowledge and APICS certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of ERP/MRP.
• 4-6 years of materials function experience.
• Proficiency with Jabil software packages.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and manuals.

Responsabilités

• Minimize inventory excess and coordinate material availability with planning and IC.
• Lead order processing for major customer units.
• Monitor ship date, lead time, and inventory goals; act on deviations.
• Plan, schedule, and release production in planning systems.
• Collaborate with Master Scheduler on product life cycle and materials.
