Jabil is seeking an experienced Production Planner to manage all planning activities for a dedicated workcell in Chihuahua. You will mentor junior planners and document coordinators while ensuring 100% on-time delivery and accurate revenue forecasting.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of related experience (APICS certification preferred) and deep knowledge of MRP and ERP systems to drive efficient capacity and material planning across the workcell.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 5+ years experience, or equivalent advanced degree and experience.
• APICS certification and supervisor experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all planning activities for the dedicated workcell and mentor the Production Planners and Document Coordinators.
• Ensure 100% on-time delivery and build readiness for manufacturing schedules.
• Develop and maintain Master Production Schedule (MPS) and load into ERP, including PO coverage; reconcile MPS to customer PO coverage weekly.
• Maintain material control and capacity planning; analyze constraints and communicate them to the workcell and customers.
• Lead BOM creation and routing to enable accurate WIP tracking and inventory movement.

Educación

Bachelor’s degree + 5 years experience, or Masters + 3 years, or PhD
