Jabil invites a skilled Production Planner to lead the workcell planning activities, mentor junior planners and document coordinators, and ensure 100% on-time delivery. This role requests a strong background in MRP/ERP, BOM and routing management, plus APICS certification and supervisory experience.

You will partner closely with manufacturing teams to optimize schedules and manage material availability across the workcell.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 5+ years of experience, or a Master’s with 3+ years.
• APICS certification and supervisory experience preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of MRP, lead times, BOMs, routings and ERP/MPS processes.

Responsabilidades

• Develop Master Production Schedule (MPS) and load into ERP.
• Maintain 95% MPS goal and ensure 100% on-time delivery.
• Reconcile MPS with customer PO coverage weekly.
• Own production planning, BOMs, and document control.
• Drive capacity planning and resolve uneven utilization issues.
• Meet daily with workcell teams to adjust schedules and minimize changeovers.
