Formación

• Engineering degree required in Industrial/Mechanical/Mechatronics or related field.
• Experience with process engineering and manufacturing improvements is preferred.
• Familiarity with statistical control and lean six sigma methods.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the manufacturing process engineering team.
• Standardize and improve manufacturing processes to meet KPIs.
• Support root cause analysis and implement production improvements.
