Ideal candidates have a degree in Industrial/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering, experience in manufacturing, and strong skills in statistical control, Lean Six Sigma, and project management.

Formación

• Engineering degree required in Industrial/Mechanical/Mechatronics or related field.
• Experience with process engineering and manufacturing improvements is preferred.
• Familiarity with statistical control and lean six sigma methods.

Job Description:

Academic requirements:

Industrial, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering, or a related career.

Qualifications & Knowledge:

• Previous experience as a process engineer.
• Statistical Control.
• Lean manufacturing and six sigma knowledge.

• Basic knowledge of tooling design.

General Objective

Manage both human and machinery resources efficiently to develop production processes, their control and improvements, complying with the KPI’s of the plant.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage manufacturing process engineering team that are in PM.
• Standardize manufacturing processes.
• Receive information and provide support during transfer events.
• Providing support and solutions during root cause analysis.
• Provide support in implementing production improvements and waste elimination activities.
• Provide on-going support to the team in the implementation of projects (tooling supply, engineering samples, technical information).
• Generate budgets for the correct execution of each engineering project, as well as the control of expenses.
• Provide support in general activities required by the department.
