The Fi Company is seeking a Process Engineer to design, optimize, and continuously improve manufacturing processes in its Tijuana facility. You will collaborate with assembly, NPI teams, and cross-functional groups to reduce defects, boost productivity, and enhance safety and ergonomics.

Use Lean, Six Sigma, and problem-solving tools to map processes, analyze data, and implement corrective actions. A strong engineering background and hands-on leadership in teams are essential to succeed.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Process Engineering.
• Proficiency with JIT, Poka Yoke, Kanban and cell layout.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to apply statistical methods and design of experiments.
• Experience with process mapping and root cause analysis (8D).

Responsabilidades

• Design and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, productivity, capacity, and cost-effectiveness.
• Analyze process flows and equipment utilization to identify bottlenecks.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
• Implement error-proofing solutions to reduce defects and improve quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design ergonomic workstations.
• Lead problem-solving teams and perform root cause analysis with corrective actions.
