Syntron Material Handling seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to drive improvements in tooling, process design, and Lean leadership within the Tupelo facility. You will provide technical support to meet customer deliveries, identify waste reduction opportunities, and lead Kaizen events to optimize flow and producibility.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, 5+ years in metal fabrication, and strong interpersonal skills; Lean Six Sigma Black Belt is preferred, with proficiency

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial or Mechanical) required.
• Five+ years of technical support experience in a metal fabrication environment.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to lead Kaizen teams.
• Proficient in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and implement manufacturing process improvements and upgrades.
• Provide technical expertise to meet customer deliveries.
• Identify waste reduction and participate in continuous improvement.
• Lead Kaizen events to reduce waste and improve flow.
• Conduct reviews to ensure producibility and cost effectiveness.
