Milwaukee Tool in Torreón, MX seeks a Process Engineer to lead the manufacturing process engineering team and standardize processes. You will support transfers, root cause analyses, and production improvements while managing project budgets and expenses.

Required are experience as a process engineer, knowledge of statistical control, lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and strong English. Strong communication and leadership skills are expected in this role.

Academic requirements:

Industrial, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering, or a related career.

Qualifications & Knowledge:

• Previous experience as a process engineer.

General Objective

Manage both human and machinery resources efficiently to develop production processes, their control and improvements, complying with the KPI's of the plant.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage manufacturing process engineering team that are in PM.

• Standardize manufacturing processes.

• Receive information and provide support during transfer events.

• Providing support and solutions during root cause analysis.

• Provide support in implementing production improvements and waste elimination activities.

• Provide on-going support to the team in the implementation of projects (tooling supply, engineering samples, technical information).

• Generate budgets for the correct execution of each engineering project, as well as the control of expenses.

• Provide support in general activities required by the department.
