ITT Inc. is seeking a manufacturing engineer to develop and maintain production standards, improve efficiency, and drive continuous improvement across operations. You will manage BOMs, develop work routers, and lead engineering changes to optimize layouts and processes.

Strong knowledge of Lean, 6S, Poka Yoke, and value stream mapping is essential. The role requires 4–6 years in manufacturing with a focus on process optimization and cost reduction, and 80% English proficiency.

Formación

• Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering degree required.
• 4–6 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial operations.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 6S, Kaizen, and value stream mapping.
• Experience with Poka Yoke, Kanban, SMED and Takt Time.
• Proficient in English (80%).

Responsabilidades

• Solve process and quality opportunities to protect the value stream.
• Generate and manage BOMs.
• Develop work routers and travelers.
• Create standardized work in manufacturing.
• Lead engineering changes and layout changes in production.
• Support product transfers and new process implementation.
• Develop and maintain capacity planning and tooling.
