Techtronic Industries Co Mexico S De RL De CV is seeking a Production Process Engineer to lead the manufacturing process engineering team, standardize processes, and support transfer events. You will drive improvements, manage project budgets, and assist with tooling, samples, and technical information to meet KPI targets.

The role requires experience in process engineering, lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and strong problem-solving skills, along with proficient English and robust communication

Formación

• Engineering degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Mechatronics or related field.
• Proficient English.
• Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma knowledge.
• Project management and administration.
• Basic knowledge of tooling design.
• Problem analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the manufacturing process engineering team and standardize processes.
• Provide support during transfer events and implement production improvements.
• Develop budgets for engineering projects and control expenses.
• Support tooling supply, engineering samples, and technical information during projects.
• Drive waste elimination activities and production improvements.
• Support department activities as required.
