Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks an experienced Lead Planner to manage planning for hospitality and resort developments across the Caribbean. You will lead scheduling, reporting, and stakeholder engagement to drive project success from feasibility through handover.

The role requires senior expertise in CPM-based master schedules, risk analysis, and schedule optimization, with strong client-facing communication and multi-country coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
• 10–15 years in project planning and scheduling on large-scale environments.
• Experience in hospitality, hotel, resort, or mixed-use developments.
• Experience on complex international projects with multi-stakeholder environments.
• Strong understanding of sequencing, design coordination, procurement planning, and delivery.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Experience in schedule risk analysis and earned value management.
• PMP, PMI-SP, AACE or similar certifications are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, maintenance, and governance of integrated master schedules for multiple projects.
• Establish baselines using CPM and industry best practices.
• Develop scheduling strategies for all project phases from feasibility to handover.
• Identify critical paths, constraints, risks, and opportunities to optimize execution.
• Prepare schedule narratives for executive and technical audiences.
• Support portfolio-level planning and ensure alignment across projects.
• Lead monthly schedule updates and forecast progress against baselines.
• Create executive dashboards and look-ahead schedules for recovery planning.
• Conduct schedule risk assessments and delay impact analyses.
• Lead what-if planning and drive mitigation strategies with leadership.
