Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Lead Planner to manage planning, scheduling, and project controls for a portfolio of hospitality and resort developments across the Caribbean. The role involves leading CPM-based master schedules, risk analysis, and executive reporting, while coordinating with owners, consultants, contractors and multi-country teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Project Management, or a related discipline.
10-15 years of experience in project planning and scheduling within large-scale construction environments.
Experience supporting hospitality, hotel, resort, mixed-use, or tourism developments.

Responsibilities

Lead the development, maintenance, and governance of integrated master schedules for multiple hospitality and resort development projects.
Establish baselines using CPM and industry best practices.
Develop scheduling strategies for all project phases from feasibility to handover.
Identify critical path activities, risks, and opportunities to optimize execution.
Prepare schedule narratives for executive and technical audiences.
Lead planning workshops and present schedule performance to senior leadership.
