Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Lead Planner to support a portfolio of large-scale hospitality and resort development projects across the Caribbean. This client-facing role requires strategic leadership for planning, scheduling, and project controls through the full lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in hotel/resort developments, robust schedules aligned with business objectives, and the ability to present risk analyses and recovery options to executives

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 10–15 years in planning/scheduling.
Experience on hospitality, hotel, resort, mixed-use or tourism developments.
Experience on complex international projects with multi-stakeholder teams.
Strong scheduling and CPM methodologies with risk analysis and EV concepts.
Advanced Primavera P6 and MS Project proficiency; PMP/PMI-SP desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead development and governance of integrated master schedules for multiple projects.
Maintain baselines using CPM and best practices across phases from feasibility to handover.
Identify critical paths, risks, constraints and optimization opportunities.
Deliver schedule narratives, executive dashboards and look-ahead recovery plans.
Coordinate with owners, consultants, contractors and internal teams on planning.
