Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support hotel construction projects. The role involves delivering tasks to a high-quality standard, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and serving as the key day-to-day contact point with the client.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture or related, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint is required, and fluency in

Responsibilities

Take responsibility for delivering tasks to high quality standard across projects.
Act as the key day-to-day contact point with the client.
Assist in establishing overall success criteria including time, cost, technical and performance parameters.
Manage flow of project information between team and client through meetings and written communications.
Experience in Corporate Interior sector is preferred.
