Turner & Townsend is seeking a Lead Planner to drive the development and oversight of all project scheduling activities in a data center construction environment, on-site in Querétaro. The role ensures timelines are realistic, controlled, and aligned with strategic objectives across multiple disciplines and contracts.

The successful candidate will lead the creation and management of project schedules, establish baselines, track progress, and generate lookahead plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in project planning in large-scale industrial or data center environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project and Primavera P6.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).

Responsabilités

• Lead the creation and management of project schedules, using Critical Path Methodology from inception to completion.
• Establish and maintain baseline programmes, identify scheduling risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop and present programme narratives for client and project team alignment.
• Oversee monthly progress updates and integrate earned value and delay analysis.
• Generate planning reports and track performance against baseline with actionable insights.
• Lead 90-day lookahead schedules and propose mitigations.
• Review and approve contractor programmes ensuring contractual alignment.
• Foster collaboration with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to scenario planning to support change management and risk mitigation.
