BP PLC Castrol Mexico is seeking a P&C Advisor to partner with leaders across Mexico and the CCA region. Based in Mexico City, you will help implement local P&C strategies, support talent decisions, and drive key L&D initiatives while ensuring governance and compliance.

You will engage line managers, support recruitment, and oversee performance and rewards, with a focus on accurate people data and positive employee relations within a hybrid work model.

Formación

• Professional HR/P&C experience.
• Experience partnering with business leaders and line managers on people-related matters.
• Understanding of local employment regulations and HR compliance requirements.
• Experience supporting multiple partners and business teams in a vibrant environment.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with the P&C Manager to build and implement local P&C strategy plans.
• Represent P&C as a member of the Mexico Country Leadership Team.
• Provide strategic and operational day-to-day P&C support to the Mexico Market Sales Lead.
• Engage local line managers in the talent review cycle.
• Implement Learning & Development initiatives in partnership with line managers.
• Support recruitment activities in alignment with Castrol standards.
• Oversee performance, reward, and onboarding processes.
• Ensure P&C data accuracy and maintain reports up to date.
• Support ISO/TS audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
