bp in Mexico is seeking a P&C Advisor to support Castrol's people agenda across Mexico, the Caribbean & Central America. You will partner with leaders to implement HR policies, processes and systems, ensuring the right people, with the right skills, in the right places.

You will work with the LATAM P&C team and Mexico CLT to drive talent reviews, onboarding, development, and governance while ensuring compliance and effective employee relations.

Formación

• HR/P&C experience across functions and regions.
• Experience partnering with business leaders and line managers on people-related matters.
• Knowledge of core HR processes including talent management, performance, onboarding and terminations.
• Understanding of local employment regulations and HR compliance requirements.
• Experience supporting multiple partners in a dynamic environment.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with the P&C Manager, LATAM, to develop local P&C strategy plans.
• Represent P&C as a member of the Mexico Country Leadership Team (CLT).
• Provide strategic and operational P&C support to the Mexico Market Sales Lead.
• Contribute to critical people-related decisions with strong business knowledge.
• Engage local line managers in delivering the talent review cycle.
