Eaton in Mexico is seeking an Order Entry Specialist to receive, analyze and process customer orders via email, fax or EDI, ensuring accuracy and timely entry. You will verify order details against quotes and POs, maintain order schedules, resolve pricing or quoting issues with other departments, and apply correct shipment and commission rules.

A Bachelor degree and at least 1 year of customer interaction, plus SAP or Vista experience, are required; strong English and proficiency with office

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 1 year of customer interaction/support experience.
• Experience with SAP and/or Vista.
• Strong English communication and proficient in office software.

Responsabilidades

• Receive, analyze, enter and process orders promptly.
• Verify order accuracy against quotes and PO.
• Maintain daily order schedules and report progress.
• Coordinate with departments to resolve pricing and quoting issues.
• Apply correct shipment and notification requirements and sales credits.
• Support process improvements and cross-training.
