Job summary

Flowserve is seeking a specialized care manager for LATAM to serve as a strategic HR partner across Latin America, guiding employee and labor relations, compliance, and organizational effectiveness to mitigate risks and support business leaders.

This role partners with Legal and HR Centers of Excellence to deliver people solutions, drive workforce strategies, and support organizational changes across LATAM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, labor relations, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience including employee and labor relations.
• Experience supporting multiple LATAM countries; unionized environments preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to support business objectives and workforce strategies.
• Lead complex employee and labor relations matters across LATAM.
• Provide guidance on employment law, compliance, and risk management.
• Support workforce planning, talent reviews, succession planning, and organizational changes.
• Coach leaders on performance management, employee experience, and people practices.
• Partner with Legal, HR Centers of Excellence, and business stakeholders to deliver people solutions and drive organizational effectiveness.
