Flowserve Corporation seeks a Specialized Care Manager, LATAM to act as a strategic HR partner across Latin America. You will support business leaders in employee and labor relations, workforce planning, compliance, and organizational effectiveness.

You will provide guidance on employment law, risk management, and people practices, while coordinating with Legal and HR Centers of Excellence to implement workforce initiatives and drive organizational change.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or Labor Relations.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience incl. employee and labor relations.
• Experience across multiple LATAM countries and unionized environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment and labor laws in Latin America.
• Excellent consultative, influencing, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with leaders to support objectives and workforce strategies.
• Lead complex employee and labor relations matters across LATAM.
• Guide employment law compliance and risk management.
• Support workforce planning, talent reviews, and organizational changes.
• Coach leaders on performance, employee experience, and people practices.
• Collaborate with Legal and HR COEs to deliver people solutions.
