Flowserve is seeking a Specialized Care Manager, LATAM to serve as a strategic HR partner for leaders across Latin America. The role focuses on employee and labor relations, compliance, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness to mitigate risks and drive people initiatives.

Responsibilities include guiding leaders on employment law, supporting workforce planning and succession, and coaching on performance and employee experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Labor Relations, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including employee and labor relations.
• Experience supporting multiple LATAM countries and unionized environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment and labor laws across Latin America.
• Excellent consultative, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
