Job summary

Flowserve Corporation is seeking a Specialized Care Manager, LATAM to serve as a strategic HR partner across Latin America. You will advise leaders on employee and labor relations, compliance, and workforce planning, driving organizational change and mitigating people risks.

The role requires navigating multiple LATAM countries with unionized environments and fluency in English and Spanish, contributing to workforce effectiveness and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Labor Relations, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including employee and labor relations.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; LATAM experience and unionized environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to support business objectives and workforce strategies across LATAM.
• Lead complex employee and labor relations matters across LATAM.
• Provide guidance on employment law, compliance, and risk management.
• Support workforce planning, talent reviews, succession planning, and organizational changes.
• Coach leaders on performance management, employee experience, and people practices.
• Collaborate with Legal, HR Centers of Excellence, and stakeholders to deliver people solutions.
