In this strategic role, you will drive retention, strengthen relationships, and identify growth opportunities while monitoring performance, pricing and renewals to support profitability.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in Contract Logistics, Supply Chain, Customer Success, Key Account Management, or Contract Management.
• Strong commercial acumen and customer relationship management skills.
• Experience managing strategic customer accounts and contract negotiations.
• Knowledge of warehousing, logistics operations, and supply chain processes.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across multiple functions and organizational levels.
• Strong analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary contact for contractual, commercial, and operational matters for assigned customers.
• Lead customer business reviews and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop relationships with key customer stakeholders and executives; manage renewals.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities; coordinate RFQ/RFP processes.
• Drive customer engagement programs and satisfaction initiatives.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Solutions, BI, Sales, Legal, and other teams.
• Monitor contractual performance, pricing structures, and financial results.
• Support strategic account growth plans and innovation roadmaps.
• Ensure service excellence and retention targets above 95%.
