Royal Caribbean Group in Mexico City is seeking a Senior Analyst, HR System Design to hands-on administer, configure, maintain, and improve HR technology platforms including SAP SuccessFactors.

You will partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to configure solutions, support testing, manage releases, and ensure a high-quality user experience in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience supporting HR technology or HRIS.
• Hands-on configuration and administration with SAP SuccessFactors or custom apps.
• Experience in SDLC, testing, and releases.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and support HR platforms, including SAP SuccessFactors and custom apps.
• Manage SDLC activities: requirements, testing, deployments, and production support.
• Develop technical documentation and job aids for HR systems.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business partners to implement enhancements.
• Maintain data integrity, security roles, and system configurations.
• Provide user support and guidance on system capabilities and best practices.
