Royal Caribbean Group seeks a Lead, HR System Design in Mexico City to own hands-on configuration, maintenance and improvement of HR tech platforms including SAP SuccessFactors and custom apps. You will partner with HR, IT and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality HR solutions and manage SDLC activities.

Ideal candidates will have 6+ years in HR tech, 2+ years with SAP SF configuration, and strong ability to translate business needs into system configurations while supporting releases

Formación

• 6+ years of experience supporting HR technology, HRIS platforms, CAM tools, or enterprise apps.
• 2+ years hands-on configuration/administration of SAP SuccessFactors or custom apps.
• Experience with SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, etc.).
• Experience with integrated ecosystems (SAP SF, Salesforce, ServiceNow).
• Ability to translate requirements into system configurations and solutions.
• Experience creating test scripts, executing tests, and supporting deployments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead hands-on configuration and maintenance of HR/ CAM platforms including SAP SF and custom apps.
• Configure rules, workflows, security, fields, layouts, templates, and system settings.
• Support new functionality, enhancements, integrations, and releases.
• Troubleshoot issues with technical and business teams; support SDLC activities.
• Maintain documentation, technical specs, and data integrity across HR apps.
• Partner with HR Operations, IT, and stakeholders to implement improvements.
• Provide guidance on system capabilities and best practices.
