Crown Crown Holdings, Inc. in Mexico is seeking a Human Resources professional to coordinate and execute HR processes for the Shared Services Office, aligning with Crown's plans to attract and retain talent and foster well-being within a positive work environment.

The role covers recruitment and onboarding, training coordination, internal communications, employee engagement, and advising leaders on performance management using SuccessFactors to ensure accurate records and compliant processes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience in recruitment and selection, training, internal communication, and employee relations.
• Knowledge of Human Resources processes and applicable labor legislation.
• Experience using talent management systems (preferably SuccessFactors).
• Strong communication, organization, and internal customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and selection processes to fill vacancies with suitable candidates.
• Manage onboarding for new employees ensuring policy and legal compliance.
• Plan and coordinate the training schedule to support the Annual Training Plan.
• Organize events, employee engagement activities, and internal communications to strengthen culture.
• Advise leaders on performance management processes and ensure accurate records in SuccessFactors.
