Eaton Group in Monterrey, MX is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead HR policy development, recruitment, compensation, and employee relations for the manufacturing site. This onsite role supports growth with strict adherence to Mexican and US HR practices.

You will steward HR systems, manage budget, drive talent development, champion safety and compliance, and collaborate with site leadership to attract, develop, and retain top talent.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, business or related field.
• 7+ years of HR experience in manufacturing.
• Compensation and benefits management and market surveys.
• Policy, procedure, process and HR metrics administration.
• Organizational development and team administration.
• In-depth knowledge of employment laws in Mexico.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Authorized to work in Mexico without sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the HR function at the Monterrey site.
• Develop and deploy business-driven HR strategies to attract, manage, develop, and retain talent.
• Manage HR information systems to ensure data integrity across Mexico and US systems.
• Guide senior management on policy changes and market trends affecting HR.
• Support training, development, and performance management programs.
• Ensure compliance with Mexican employment laws and company policies.
• Lead salary and wage benchmarking and administer compensation programs.
• Promote a positive employee relations climate and engagement.
• Maintain HR KPIs such as headcount and turnover.
• Lead efforts to align practices with Eaton philosophy and ISO standards.
