FORVIA HELLA is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment for managerial, administrative, technical, and operational roles in a manufacturing environment.

You will partner with hiring managers, design sourcing strategies, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and manage pre-employment processes while ensuring an excellent candidate experience. This role offers professional development and exposure to diverse recruiting challenges across all levels.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 3+ years of Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting managerial, administrative, technical, and operational roles.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for managerial, administrative, technical, and operational positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and workforce planning priorities.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through multiple recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct candidate assessments, and coordinate interview processes.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Lead recruitment activities from candidate attraction through offer management and hiring.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Support salary offer preparation and hiring recommendations.
• Coordinate pre-employment processes and onboarding activities.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and recruitment procedures.
• Participate in employer branding and talent attraction initiatives to strengthen the organization's presence in the labor market.

YOUR TASKS

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Experience recruiting managerial, administrative, technical, and operational positions.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Advanced English proficiency.
