FORVIA HELLA in IRAPUATO, GUANAJUATO is seeking an HR Manager to lead and oversee all HR operations at the site, ensuring policy delivery and compliant processes.

You will partner with site leadership to guide workforce planning, organizational development, and talent initiatives while coaching HR Business Partners and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Psychology is required (Master's degree is a plus).
• Several years of progressive HR leadership experience within manufacturing, automotive, or industrial environments is required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and oversee all HR operations for the Irapuato site, ensuring effective and consistent delivery of HR programs, policies, and processes.
• Act as a trusted partner to site leadership, providing strategic guidance on workforce planning, organizational development, and people-related decisions.
• Coach and develop HR Business Partners and support the growth of HR capabilities across the organization.
• Drive employee engagement, performance management, talent development, and succession planning initiatives.
• Lead employee relations activities, providing guidance and resolution on complex people matters while fostering a positive work environment.
• Support organizational changes and transformation projects, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with labor legislation, internal policies, and corporate governance standards.

YOUR TASKS

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Several years of progressive HR leadership experience within a manufacturing, automotive, or industrial environment.
• Strong expertise in employee relations, talent management, workforce planning, performance management, and organizational development.
• Proven experience partnering with senior leadership teams and influencing business decisions through people strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop HR teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Sound knowledge of Mexican labor law and HR compliance requirements.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and change management skills.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
