FORVIA HELLA in Mexico invites an experienced SAP HCM (HR) Senior Consultant to join its global team. You will manage incident, service, problem and change requests for SAP HR, coordinate HR applications such as Employee and Manager Self Service, and support upgrades and OSS notes.

The role requires at least eight years in SAP HR configuration, English proficiency, and proven project leadership. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure compliance with HR legal requirements

Formación

• Min 8 years of SAP HR configuration and HR legal topics / processes
• Inhouse or external consultant with implementation of at least 2 full SAP HR, legal requirements, SAP Upgrades, OSS notes and skills in ABAP debugging
• English: minimum 80% oral, written and comprehension
• Bachelor degree orEngineering
• SAPHR Senior Consultant
• Analytical,oral and written communication skills

Responsabilidades

• Incident, service, problem and change management for SAP HR and system upgrades
• Coordinate HR-related apps like ESS/MSS and Talent Management Suite across processes
• Act as project manager for SAP HR projects
