Forvia seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to align people strategy with local business needs in Puebla. You will act as the trusted partner for employees, handling recruitment, administration, and the implementation of local and global HR initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in business administration or related, at least 4 years in HR (2 in Compensation & Benefits), and strong English proficiency. Collaborate across functions in a dynamic industrial environment.

Responsabilidades

• Act as trusted HR expert for all FORVIA employees in your perimeter.
• Manage the organizational structure and the recruitment process.
• Manage all operational administrative tasks regarding HR topics.
• Execute local and global HR initiatives like employee surveys, Employer Branding initiatives, employee events and change projects.
• Coordination of the external HR service providers.
• Oversee and supervise the onboarding, training and employee development processes.
• Preparation of reports and analyses.
• Coordinating and conducting the employee evaluation and bonus process.
• Participation in audits and controls regarding managed areas.
• Close cooperation with the workers council or union if applicable.

The (Site) HR Business Partner supports to align the FORVIA people strategy with the local business needs. You will act as an administrative HR expert and be the trusted go to partner for the FORVIA employees in your perimeter. Your profile and competencies to succeed

Minimum education level:

• Bachelors degree in business administration or related

Professional Experience:

• At least 4 years of experience in an HR role
• 2 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits
• Good understanding of organizational topics in an industrial setting
• Solid knowledge of local HR legislation
• Strong Business Partner acumen combined with a consultant mindset
• English advanced
