ElevenLabs is seeking an Account Manager for LATAM, focused on enterprise customers. You will advise on agent design, flows, and integrations to deliver measurable business outcomes in production environments.

Lead expansion across a defined portfolio, aiming for sustained multi-product adoption, net revenue retention, and durable customer commitments, while collaborating with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success. Remote Mexico-based role.

Formación

• 5+ years in Customer Success or Account Management for B2B SaaS or AI products.
• Fluent in Spanish and English with strong communication skills.
• Experience building/deploying AI agents and API integrations.
• Proven ability to drive revenue, own a quota, and close cross-sell opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a defined portfolio of enterprise accounts and drive expansion.
• Partner with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success to convert success into revenue.
• Advise on agent design, integrations, and best practices for deployment at scale.
• Analyze performance data and optimize conversations to improve retention.
